A number of these aromatic oils have proven to be useful in the treatment of issues such as anxiety, spasms, digestive worries etc. It was in 2004, that a study carried out in England illustrated that even snoring could also be treated by using these oils.   1. Thyme Oil:  Consisting of an organic compound known as ‘Thymol’ is an aromatic oil known as Thyme. It is known to possess powerful antiseptic properties. However, recent studies suggest that it also comprises of a property capable of curing the issue of snoring. Apparently, applying a few drops of this oil on your feet before going to bed helps curb snoring.
